Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for subscription services under specific conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
- Usage must be 200 or fewer credits
- First-time subscribers only
Response Time Commitment
We commit to responding to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Subscription Management
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Customer Portal accessible from your user dashboard.
Credit Purchases
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
